Beijing Shouye Magnetic Materials Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as the Amorphous Division of the Beijing Shougang Metallurgical Research Institute, began its research and development of amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials in 1979. Our company was one of the key implementing units for the national “Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Five-Year Plans” scientific and technological projects focused on the development of amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials and their commercialization. In recent years, our company has continuously pursued technological innovation, obtaining six national patents and winning 16 science and technology progress awards at the national, provincial, and ministerial levels. We have also had more than 30 new products undergo provincial and ministerial-level appraisal. Currently, we possess a relatively complete technical system—including production, R&D, equipment, and application—and hold independent intellectual property rights in these areas.

Our company currently employs over 97 people, including more than 20 engineering and technical personnel. We possess a complete production line—from strip preparation and slitting to core winding, heat treatment, measurement, boxing, cutting, and coating—enabling us to handle everything from strip production all the way through magnetic core fabrication. Our production equipment is state-of-the-art, our testing facilities are fully equipped, and our level of automation is exceptionally high, with an annual production capacity reaching 80 million units. Relying on the robust R&D team and advanced experimental equipment of the Northern Metallurgical Functional Materials Research Institute, we continuously develop new materials and products to meet the ever-evolving needs of both domestic and international customers. Currently, our products are widely used in national defense and military projects, such as the “Shenzhou” series of aerospace and aviation programs, and have been recognized by the China Manned Space Engineering Office. Meanwhile, our products are also being sold in bulk to overseas markets including South Korea, Germany, and Japan.
